His Majesty sends a congratulatory message to the Islamic Republic of Iran By Azlan Othman His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade yesterday granted an audience to Dr. Chantel De Souza, special envoy of the President of the Republic of Benin at the Balai Penghadapan, Bukit Kayangan. His Royal Highness was also presented with a letter from the President of the Republic of Benin to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam. The special envoy of the President of the Republic of Benin is in the country on a two-day visit.
