Audience to Singapore minister By Azrol Azmi Photo: Info Dept His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, consented to receive in audience Singapore's Minister of Transport and Second Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr Raymond Lim at the Istana Nurul Iman yesterday afternoon. Mr Lim was accompanied by Brunei's Minister of Communications, Pehin Dato Hj Awang Abu Bakar bin Hj Apong, Singaporean High Commissioner Joseph K H Koh and Brigadier General (NS) Choi Shing Kwok, Singapore's Permanent Secretary for Transport. Also present during the audience ceremony were: Pengiran Dato Paduka Hj Abu Bakar bin Pengiran Seri Indera Pengiran Hj Ismail, Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office; Dato Paduka Awang Hj Shofry bin Hj Abdul Ghafor, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade; and Dato Paduka Hj Mohd Yusof bin Hj Hassan, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Communications.
