Sultan leaves for Senegal to attend OIC Summit His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam last night left the country for Dakar, Senegal to attend the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC) Summit, which begins Thursday.
