Prince receives Dr Surin By Jason Leong His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, yesterday received Dr Surin Pitsuwan, the new Secretary-General of Asean at the Balai Penghadapan, Bukit Kayangan. His Royal Highness welcomed the Secretary-General and discussed the work of Asean and a number of regional and international affairs. Secretary-General Pitsuwan is a former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand and took up his current position on January 7, 2008.
