Her Royal Highness Princess Hjh Masna, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Sunday evening arrived in Nanning, the People's Republic of China to attend the Second China-Asean High-Level Women's Forum as the guest of honour. Her Royal Highness will deliver a keynote address.
On arrival at the Nanning International Airport, Her Royal Highness was greeted by Liu Xinwen, Vice-Chairman of the People's Congress of Guangxi Zhuang Regional Committee and several senior officials of the Guangxi People's Government.
Also present to greet Her Royal Highness were Magdalene Teo Chee Siong, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalam to China and officials of the Embassy of Brunei Darussalam in Beijing.
Her Royal Highness was the guest of honour at the First China-Asean Women's Forum held in Nanning in October 2006.
The Second China-Asean Women's Forum is being coordinated by the All-China Women's Federation and will focus on the theme "A Harmonious Environment for Women's Development".
The Forum will be chaired by Gu Xiulian, President of the All-China Women's Federation and President of the China-Asean Association.
While in Nanning, HRH will also attend the Opening Ceremony of the 5th China-Asean Expo.
During this visit to China, Her Royal Highness will also officiate the opening ceremony of the Brunei Water Courtyard situated in the Brunei Heritage Garden in Nanjing.
Her Royal Highness is being accompanied by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Hj Abdul Aziz.
