His Royal Highness Prince Hj Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, on Tuesday attended a state dinner hosted by United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon in honour of heads of states and governments participating in the 63rd session of the UN General Assembly.
