Royal messages to Netherlands and Sweden

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented, to send congratulatory messages to the Kingdoms of the Netherlands and Sweden.

His Majesty consented to send congratulatory messages to Her Majesty Queen Koningin Beatrix Wilhelmina Armgard of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on the occasion of the Queen's Day.

His Majesty expressed his satisfaction at the enhancement of the relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Kingdom of the Netherlands. His Majesty hoped that this would be strengthened and expanded in the future for the good of the two nations.

His Majesty also hoped that the Queen and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands would remain in good health and happiness, and for the people of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to enjoy continued progress and prosperity.

His Majesty have also consented to send congratulatory messages to His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf of the Kingdom of Sweden and Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt on the birthday of His Majesty the King.

His Majesty expressed satisfaction with the warm and friendly relations and deep understanding between Brunei Darussalam and the Kingdom of Sweden. His Majesty hoped that this would be further strengthened in the future for the good of the two countries and people.

His Majesty hoped that the King and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Sweden would remain in good health and happiness and for the people of the Kingdom of Sweden to enjoy continued progress and prosperity.

Meanwhile His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade also sent congratulatory message to Maxime Verhagen, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Netherlands on the occasion of the Queen's Day of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

HRH presented his warmest respects to Her Majesty Queen Beatrix and the royal family, together with his congratulations to His Excellency and to the government and people of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on the Queen's Day.

HRH is pleased with the warm relations which exist between both countries and look forward to working with His Excellency to continue strengthening the people's friendship and the cooperation we share bilaterally and as partners in ASEM and the Asean-EU dialogue.

His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, also sent a congratulatory message to Carl Bildt, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Sweden on the occasion of the birthday of His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf of the Kingdom of Sweden.

In his message, His Royal Highness presented his warmest respects to His Majesty and the royal family, together with HRH congratulations to H.E Carl Bildt, the government and people of Sweden on the birthday of His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf.
