By command of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, the Prime Minister's Office announced that His Majesty has consented to appoint Dato Paduka Awang Hj Rashid bin Hj Abdul Rahman, Director General of Public Works, Department of Public Works as Permanent Secretary (Technical and Professional) at the Ministry of Development.
