His Royal Highness Prince Hj Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, yesterday afternoon granted an audience to Dr Ng Eng Hen, Singapore's Second Minister for Defence and Minister for Education.
