Her Royal Highness Princess Hjh Masna, President of the Brunei Darussalam Girl Guide Association, yesterday graced a Girl Guide Association of Brunei Darussalam ceremony to award a warrant, certificates and badges to members.

The event was held at the auditorium of Sayyidina Abu Bakar Secondary School.

Chairlady and International Commissioner Dyg Hjh Masnah bte Hj Md Daud delivered a speech and said she was encouraged by the number of members enrolled in the association, which is mainly due to the association being school-based in the country unlike in other countries in the region.

HRH Princess Hjh Masna later planted a tree in the secondary school compound to commemorate the occasion. - Borneo Bulletin (9th June 2008)
