His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday granted a farewell audience to Dr Ruth Adler, the outgoing High Commissioner of Australia to Brunei Darussalam. Dr Adler has been serving in the capacity since March 7, 2006. The audience took place at the Istana Nurul Iman.
In a separate ceremony, His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, also received a farewell call from Dr Ruth Adler at the Balai Penghadapan, Bukit Kayangan. - Borneo Bulletin (16th Jan 2009)
