His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam consented to send a congratulatory message to His Majesty King Harald V, King of the Kingdom of Norway on the occasion of Constitution Day.

In the message, His Majesty wished His Majesty King Harald V and the people of Norway much happiness and prosperity. His Majesty looks forward to continuing to strengthen the friendly relations between the two countries.

His Majesty also wishes the King of Norway continued good health and happiness.

His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Brunei's Minister of Foreign Affairs & Trade, also sent a similar congratulatory message to his counterpart, Jonas Gahr Store, Norway's Minister of Foreign Affairs.
