His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday granted separate audiences to two outgoing ambassadors of the Republic of Indonesia and the Islamic Republic of Iran to Brunei Darussalam at Istana Nurul Iman.

Herijanto Soeprapto has been Indonesia's Ambassador to Brunei since January 14, 2006, while Abolfazl Khazaee Torshizi has been Iran's Ambassador to the Sultanate since March 20, 2007.

His Majesty also granted a separate audience to Zainul Abidin Rasheed, the Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Singapore, who is currently on a three-day working visit to the Sultanate. - Borneo Bulletin (18th November 2009)
