Crown Prince visits Pehin Goh, Dr Chan Sui Kiat's CNY open houses

His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, yesterday consented to visit Chinese New Year open houses of Dr Chan Sui Kiat, the newly elected president of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, BSB and LEGCO member Pehin Kapitan Laila Diraja Dato Paduka Awg Goh King Chin.

Accompanying His Royal Highness the Crown Prince were Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah, Their Royal Highnesses' son His Royal Highness Pengiran Muda Abdul Muntaqim and His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik.

Upon arrival at Dr Chan Sui Kiat's residence, Dr Chan and his son Mr Chan Key Hong welcomed His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah the Crown Prince and members of the royal family.

Also present to greet His Royal Highness were family members of Dr Chan Sui Kiat.

The highlight of the open house was the Lion Dance when His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah the Crown Prince received mandarin oranges from one of the lions from the Chinese Chamber of Commerce, BSB.

His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik also received two mandarin oranges from another lion.

Before their Royal Highnesses left, Dr Chan and his family took a group picture with the royalty.

Media personnel also got a rare opportunity to take a group picture with His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah the Crown Prince and His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik.

Meanwhile, upon arrival at Pehin Dato Paduka Goh's residence in Kg Sungai Besar, Jalan Kota Batu, Their Royal Highnesses were greeted by Pehin Dato Paduka Goh and spouse as well as other members of the family.
