His Royal Highness yesterday morning attended the 3rd meeting of the Asean Political Security Community Council, the Special Meeting of the Asean Coordinating Council and the Asean Foreign Ministers' Retreat.

The meetings were chaired by Pham Gia Khiem, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Vietnam and closed with a luncheon hosted by Mr Tran Van Minh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang.

HRH and Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah left Da Nang yesterday afternoon.

Present at the airport to bid farewell were Ms Le Thi Thu Hanh, Deputy Director-General of Department of Foreign Affairs of Da Nang and Mr Le Minh Thang, Deputy Director-General of State Department of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam.

His Royal Highness on Wednesday night attended an informal working dinner for Asean Ministers hosted by Pham Gia Khiem, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister for Vietnam in Da Nang, Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The ministers exchanged views on regional and international matters and approved the appointment of non-Asean ambassadors and discussed the final report of the High Level legal Experts Group. - Borneo Bulletin (15th January 2010)
