His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, consented to receive in audience Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Brunei Darussalam, Mdm Tong Xiaoling (photo above), at the Istana Nurul Iman yesterday afternoon.

HRH the Crown Prince was greeted by outgoing Ambassador Mdm Tong and was introduced to the Deputy Chief of Mission and Counsellor Mr Wang Wentian before proceeding to the audience. Mdm. Tong has been China's envoy here since March 20, 2007. - Borneo Bulletin (18th April 2010)
