His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, yesterday held a meeting with Franck Biancheri, Minister Plenipotentiary and Government Counsellor for External Relations and for International Economic and Financial Affairs of the Principality of Monaco, at the Balai Penghadapan, Bukit Kayangan.
