His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, yesterday joined other Asean Ministers of Foreign Affairs and delegation from 27 Asean Regional Forum, ARF, member countries to the 17th Asean Regional Forum Retreat Meeting. The meeting took place at the National Convention Centre in Hanoi, Vietnam.
The annual ARF is the principal channel of multilateral security dialogue and co-operation in the Asia-Pacific region.
After the conclusions of ARF the participants witnessed the signing of the third protocol to amend the Treaty of Amity and Co-operation in SE Asia.
