Her Royal Highness Princess Hajah Masna, Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, yesterday afternoon left Brunei Darussalam for Hanoi, Vietnam, to attend the 3rd Asean Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Council meeting on April 7.

The meeting will discuss the progress in the implementation of the Asean Socio-Cultural Community Blueprint and the priority areas of ASCC for 2010.

Her Royal Highness will also attend the inauguration ceremony of the Asean Commission on the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Women and Children (ACWC) on April 7.
