MORE than 7,000 runners including members of the royal family took part in in yesterday’s The Run, the second charity run organised by Pusat Ehsan, at the Indoor Stadium, Berakas.

Participating in 5km Adolescent Category were Their Royal Highnesses Prince ‘Abdul Wakeel and Princess Ameerah Wardatul Bolkiah. HRH Prince ‘Abdul Wakeel received an award for being the fastest runner in the 5km Adolescent Category under six years old.

Also participating in the event were YAM Pg Muda Abdul Mu’min, YAM Pengiran Muda ‘Abdul ‘Aleem, along with the granddaughter of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, YAM Pg Anak Hariisah Widadul Bolqiah. - Borneo Bulletin (10 June 2013)
