HIS Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, yesterday morning consented to receive in audience Robert Dominic Russell Fenn, High Commissioner of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to Brunei Darussalam, who will be completing his tour of duty to the country.

High Commissioner Fenn presented his Letter of Credence to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam on August 6, 2009 as the High Commissioner of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to the country.
