HRH Prince ‘Abdul Wakeel and HRH Princess Ameerah Wardatul Bolkiah taking part in the 5km run during BIBD Charity Expedition CE-ALAF.

Over 6,000 people from all walks of life thronged the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium in the morning to show their overwhelming support for BIBD’s flag-ship event for its ALAF programme.

HRH Prince ‘Abdul Wakeel ran the 5km run in 37 minutes while HRH Princess Ameerah Wardatul Bolkiah finished the race 20 minutes behind. - Borneo Bulletin (25 November 2013)
