HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday consented to receive in audience the Honourable

Bruce Scott MP, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of Australia, at Istana Nurul Iman. The Honourable Bruce Scott is in the country for a three-day official visit.

Accompanying the Honourable Bruce Scott were the Honourable Don Farrell, Senator for South Australia; the Honourable Alan Griffin MP, Member for Bruce, Victoria; Senator Helen Kroger, Senator for Victoria; Mr Ken Wyatt MP, Member for Hasluck, Western Australia; Todd Norman Mercer, Australia High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam; and other senior officers.
