Crown Prince grants audience to two ambassadors

HIS Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, yesterday morning received in separate audiences, Mohamad bin Jameel Hashim, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Saudi Arabia to Brunei Darussalam and Kenichi Suganuma, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Brunei Darussalam, who will be completing their tour of duty to the country.

His Royal Highness the Crown Prince first received in audience Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Saudi Arabia to Brunei Darussalam. The Saudi Arabian Ambassador had presented his Letter of Credence to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam on July 9, 2007.

His Royal Highness the Crown Prince later received in audience the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Brunei Darussalam. The Japanese Ambassador had presented his Letter of Credence to His Majesty on November 29, 2012.

Also present during the audience ceremony was Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Dewa Dato Seri Setia Lim Jock Seng, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade II.
