HIS Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, yesterday attended the second day of the 41st Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers held at the Conference Palace, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
