HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam yesterday received in audience Dato’ Seri Utama Diraja Mufti of Selangor, Sahibus Samahah Dato’ Setia Haji Mohd Tamyes bin Abdul Wahid and delegation, who are on a four-day visit to the country.

The audience was also attended by Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohammad bin Pengiran Haji Abd Rahman, Minister of Religious Affairs and Pehin Datu Seri Maharaja Dato Paduka Seri Setia (Dr) Ustaz Haji Awang Abdul Aziz bin Juned, the State Mufti.

Also present were Sahibus Samahah Dato’ Haji Abdul Majid bin Omar, Deputy Mufti of Selangor, members of Selangor Fatwa Committees comprising Haji Aluwi bin Parman and Associate Professor Dato’ Haji Mohd Mokhtar bin Haji Shafi, Dato’ Haji Mohd Saleh bin Haji Md @ Haji Ahmad, Dato’ Haji Abdul Aziz bin Andik Achok, and Haji Sahari bin Abdullah and Professor Dr Mujaini bin Tarimin.
