HRH Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, yesterday hosted a farewell luncheon for the outgoing Ambassador of Laos, Souvanna Phouyavong, and his wife, Manichanh Phouyavong, at Balai Penghadapan, Bukit Kayangan.
