Crown Prince attends dinner hosted by Singapore’s Deputy PM

HIS Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah last night attended a reception followed by an official dinner hosted by Teo Chee Hean, Deputy Prime Minister, Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs of Singapore, and his wife Chew Poh Yim.

The arrival of Their Royal Highnesses at the Grand Salon, Grand Hyatt Hotel, were greeted by the Deputy Prime Minister, Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs of Singapore and his wife.

Upon arrival, Their Royal Highnesses were introduced to the young leaders of Singapore.

Teo Chee Hean and Chew Poh Yim were then introduced to members of the delegation of His Royal Highness and Her Royal Highness.

Their Royal Highnesses then consented to attend a reception followed by the official dinner hosted by the Deputy

Prime Minister, Coordinating Minister for National Security and Minister for Home Affairs of Singapore and his spouse.

Accompanying Their Royal Highnesses were Dr Mohamad Maliki bin Osman, Minister of State at the Ministry of National Development and Ministry of Defence and Mayor of the South East District as the Minister-in-Attendance, and his wife Sadiah binti Shahal.

Also accompanying Their Royal Highnesses were Pehin Orang Kaya Indera Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Suyoi bin Haji Osman, the Minister of Development; Dato Paduka Awang Haji Ali bin Haji Apong, Deputy Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office; Dato Paduka Awang Haji Bahrin bin Abdullah, Deputy Minister of Finance, as well as Haji Awang Saifulbahri bin Haji Awang Mansor, the High Commissioner of Brunei Darussalam to Singapore and wife. - Borneo Bulletin (2 September 2014)
